Cancelling your registration
You may cancel your registration if you no longer wish to attend or receive updates regarding Microsoft Ignite. You may also convert your registration to a Digital attendee if you can no longer attend in person. To do so, please sign in to your account on the registration website and select "Cancel or change to digital" under "Helpful info" on your confirmation page.
To update your first name, last name, or professional email, contact the Microsoft Ignite support team. Do not cancel your record to attempt to re-register using your correct information. You may change the sign in credentials on your record through the credential management tool.
