Accessing an existing registration

How to Access your Existing Registration
To access your existing registration to update your contact, opt in, or survey information, please follow the instructions below:

  • Sign in to your record on the Microsoft Ignite registration website.
  • Select the header for the information you would like to update, and then select "Edit".
  • Once you have made the necessary changes, select "Update" on the bottom of the page. 

To update your first name, last name, or professional email, contact the Microsoft Ignite support team. Do not cancel your record to attempt to re-register using your correct information.

Changing your Existing Sign in Method
If you would like to change the sign in method associated with your existing registration, please visit the credential management tool and select the option to "Change your credentials".
