Event Communications

Attendees will be sent event communication including a registration confirmation and final event details email. 

Event communications will be sent from ignite@microsoft.regsvc.com. If you have not received event communications, review your Spam and Junk email settings to ensure they are not blocking the email. Add this alias to your Safe Sender list to ensure you receive all event communication. 

Additionally, review your registration record to confirm that your contact information was entered correctly. Contact the support team if any changes are needed to the "Professional email" in your registration. 

If, after following these steps, you are still not receiving event communications, contact the support team for further assistance.
