Making a hotel reservation

Hotel room blocks have been arranged at hotels offering exclusive rates to Microsoft Ignite attendees registered for the in-person San Francisco experience. All reservations must be requested before 3:00 PM. Pacific Time on Monday, October 20, 2025. After this date, space and rates are based on availability.

To receive the Microsoft Ignite rate, all reservations must be made through the Microsoft Ignite registration website. Hotels cannot book rooms within the Microsoft Ignite hotel room block directly through their reservation offices.

• Only one room reservation can be made per registration.  
• A valid credit card is required below to guarantee your hotel reservation.
• Attendees are responsible for paying all hotel charges upon check-out.
• Special requests (such as bed type and smoking preference) cannot be guaranteed until check-in.

Note: Housing companies claiming to be official representatives or vendors arranging Microsoft Ignite hotel accommodations are not official service providers for Microsoft Ignite and their offer may be a scam. Hotel rooms within the official Microsoft Ignite hotel room block are only available via the Microsoft Ignite registration website.
